Ambassador program — legal information
Ambassadors collaborate with the GML E-SPORTS association on the basis of a community agreement. When an ambassador receives an economically assessable consideration (for example a free Organizer access, a prize, a subscription discount) in exchange for publicly promoting EVA Bet, the relationship falls within the scope of French law no. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023 regulating commercial influence. In such cases: (i) a written contract is concluded between the association and the ambassador; (ii) any promotional content published by the ambassador (videos, posts, lives) must clearly include the wording "Publicité" or "Partenariat rémunéré" ("Sponsored Content" or "Paid Partnership"); (iii) the association remains jointly liable for the ambassador's compliance with consumer protection rules.
