Giveaway rules

Version 1.2

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This framework set of rules applies to all prize draws organized on EVA Bet. Each specific draw (competition concerned, prizes, date, mode) is detailed in an appendix published on its dedicated page, which supplements these rules without replacing them.

1. Organizer of the draw

In brief: The draw is organized by the organizer who owns the competition. The GML E-SPORTS Association only provides the technical tool.

The promoter of each prize draw is the holder of the organizer account that owns the competition or session concerned at the time of the draw ("the Organizer"). If the competition is transferred to another account, that account becomes the Organizer of the draws that have not yet taken place. The Organizer's identity is displayed on the draw page.

The GML E-SPORTS Association makes the Site's technical prize draw tool available. It is not the organizer of the game. An association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, with no share capital, its registered office is located at 23 allée des Açores, 35200 Rennes (SIRET 104 572 730 00018, SIREN 104 572 730, RNA W353026060). Its publishing director is Baptiste Marchal; contact: asso.gml.esports@gmail.com.

The Organizer chooses, describes and supplies the prizes. It ensures the prizes are delivered to the winners and warrants the lawfulness of its offer (see article 5).

2. Access to the game

In brief: Participation is free, with no obligation to purchase: it results automatically from your ranking in the competition.

Participation in the prize draw is entirely free of charge. No purchase, no payment and no separate registration is required to participate.

Participation is automatic: any participant ranked in the final ranking of the competition or session concerned is entered into the draw, with no further action required.

This free-of-charge nature places the game outside the scope of games of money and chance as defined by article L. 320-1 of the French Internal Security Code: no sum is committed by participants in the hope of winning a prize.

3. Participants

In brief: You need an EVA Bet account, to be 15 or over, and only one entry per person.

Any natural person holding an EVA Bet account, aged 15 or over, who has taken part in the ranking of the competition or session concerned, may participate.

Only one entry is possible per person, including in the event of multiple accounts.

The territory of participation is that of the event organized by the Organizer, specified on the draw page.

4. Designation of winners

In brief: The draw is random, carried out by the Site's tool based on the final ranking. Winners are announced on the draw page.

The draw is carried out by the Site's tool, based on the final ranking of the competition or session, once it has ended. The date of the draw is indicated on the draw page.

Two drawing modes exist, chosen by the Organizer for each draw and indicated on the draw page. "Sliding" mode: prizes are awarded in ranking order; a prize not awarded at the intended rank is offered to the next rank, until prizes or participants are exhausted. "Locked rank" mode: each prize is strictly reserved for the rank it corresponds to; if no eligible participant occupies that rank, the prize is not awarded and is not carried over to any other rank.

In the event of a tie in ranking, the order between tied participants is determined by a computerized random draw, fixed before the prizes are awarded.

Winners are published on the draw page under their username and their EVA Bet avatar.

Where the Organizer has activated it, the winner's presence on site, at the time of the event, is required for the delivery of the prize. This requirement is announced on the draw page before the draw takes place.

From the publication of the winners, each winner has a period of 30 days to claim their prize from the Organizer. After this period, they lose the benefit of the prize (forfeiture), which remains the property of the Organizer.

The Organizer may exclude a participant from the draw for a legitimate reason (fraud, non-compliance with the competition's rules, conduct contrary to the ToS). This decision is reasoned and may be revised as long as the winners have not been published.

5. Prizes

In brief: The list and description of the prizes appear on the draw page. No prize is converted into money.

The list of prizes, their description and their number are displayed on the draw page, before the draw takes place.

No monetary value of the prizes is guaranteed by the Association or by the Site. Prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged for a sum of money, in whole or in part.

Prizes are supplied and delivered to winners by the Organizer, solely responsible for their conformity and delivery.

6. Minors

In brief: If the winner is under 18, the prize is delivered to their legal representative, or with their written agreement.

A participant under 18 years of age may win a prize, under the same conditions as other participants.

As a precautionary measure, delivery of the prize to a minor winner (under 18) only takes place to their legal representative, or upon presentation by the minor of the latter's written agreement. This rule is a precautionary measure specific to the game: no legal obligation imposes it.

7. Personal data

In brief: Your data is used only to organize the draw and deliver the prize; details are set out in our privacy policy.

Personal data processed as part of the draw (username, ranking, information necessary for delivery of the prize) is used solely for organizing the game and delivering prizes, for the period necessary for this purpose, then deleted or anonymised according to the periods specified in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modification, suspension, cancellation

In brief: The game may be modified, suspended or cancelled for a legitimate reason, such as fraud or a case of force majeure.

The Organizer or the Association may, at any time and for a legitimate reason - notably in the event of proven or suspected fraud, or a case of force majeure - modify, suspend or cancel all or part of the draw. Any substantial modification is announced on the draw page as soon as possible. This ability does not prevent their liability from being engaged in the event of fault. If the Organizer's paid access ends before the end of the competition or session concerned, the draw is suspended, without time limit, until the Organizer once more holds paid access: it can be neither modified nor carried out, and a draw attached to a frozen session is no longer displayed publicly. No message informs participants of this. A draw whose competition or session has already ended can still be carried out, and the Organizer remains bound to deliver the prizes to the designated winners.

9. Publication and accessibility of the rules

In brief: These rules are available at any time at evabet.gg/reglement-jeu-concours and from each draw page.

These rules are available free of charge, at any time, at evabet.gg/reglement-jeu-concours. A link to these rules is displayed on each draw page, before participation. The specific terms of each draw (competition concerned, prizes, mode, date, presence required) are set out in an appendix published on the corresponding draw page.

10. Claims, applicable law

In brief: These rules are subject to French law. Write to us first; a mediator or the court may then intervene.

Any claim relating to a draw may be addressed to the Organizer or to the Association, by email to asso.gml.esports@gmail.com.

These rules are subject to French law. If you reside, as a consumer, in another Member State of the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 "Rome I").

Consumer mediator: the association is completing its membership with a mediator approved by the CECMC. Its contact details (name, postal address, website) will be published here as soon as the agreement is signed, in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code.
