Report content you believe is illegal or violates our terms of use.
In accordance with Article 16 of the European Digital Services Act (DSA — Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), any individual or entity may report the presence of allegedly illegal content. We acknowledge receipt without delay and review your report without undue delay. Abusive or repeated unfounded reports may result in the suspension of the right to report.
The information collected (email, report content, IP address) is processed by the GML E-SPORTS association, acting as data controller, to review your report and comply with our DSA obligations (legal bases: legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: 2 years. Your rights (access, rectification, objection, complaint to the CNIL) are described in our Privacy Policy.
