Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site elements, by whatever means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the editor.

The editor of the EVA Bet site strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible and to keep it regularly updated. Its liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault on its part, and within the limits provided by law. We never exclude our liability towards you as a consumer.

EVA Bet is a free recreational prediction platform. Users do not wager any real money. Points and rankings have no monetary value.

The EVA Bet site may contain hypertext links to other sites, the content and development of which the editor does not control. The editor is not the author of this content and is not liable for it, unless it was aware of its manifestly unlawful nature and did not act promptly to remove the link.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is subject to French law. If you reside, as a consumer, in another Member State of the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your State of residence. The applicable rules of jurisdiction are specified in article 18 of the terms of service and article 20 of the terms and conditions of sale.

EVA Bet is a service published by the GML E-SPORTS association and is not affiliated with any video game publisher. EVA® and the other brands, corporate names, names of teams, games or competitions mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for purely informational and reference purposes.

8. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that could not be resolved amicably with the editor, the consumer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. Referral to the mediator must be preceded by a written complaint addressed to the editor, and must take place within one year of that complaint (article R. 612-2 of the French Consumer Code).

Consumer mediator: the association is completing its membership with a mediator approved by the CECMC. Its contact details (name, postal address, website) will be published here as soon as the agreement is signed, in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code.
