Nature of the donation : this is a manual donation within the meaning of article 757 of the French General Tax Code in favor of the GML E-SPORTS association, with no material consideration, and not a commercial purchase.
Tax deductibility : the GML E-SPORTS association is not (as of today) recognized as being of general interest within the meaning of article 200 of the French General Tax Code. No tax receipt entitling the donor to a tax reduction can therefore be issued. However, a Stripe payment receipt is automatically issued for personal accounting purposes.
Right of withdrawal : in accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer donor has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the donation to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a full refund. The request must be sent by email to asso.gml.esports@gmail.com, specifying the date, the amount and the email address associated with the donation.
Data protection : the data collected (email, amount, payment data processed by Stripe) is governed by our privacy policy. Accounting documents are kept for 10 years (article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code). Privacy policy.
